This was really interesting. I wonder if when you are comparing online instruction development to instructor-led instruction you should also look at what it costs to DELIVER the instruction. Sort of the “total cost of ownership”. Because hiring teachers is a significant expense that maybe you don’t need of online instruction. What do you think? Would online instruction be cheaper then?
This was useful, however I think it’s on the low side by about 25 percent.
