So what is a SWOT Analysis? Well its really an organized way to brainstorm and determine business direction and strategy. So how do you do a SWOT? You simply fill in the 4 categories below:

SWOT – Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats

1. Strengths

What are your strengths/advantages?

2. Weaknesses

What are your disadvantages? What could you improve? What are you lacking?

3. Opportunities

New trends? Anything you can take advantage of/make use of?

4. Threats

Obstacles you face? Competitors? Changing technology? Cash/stakeholder problems?
